SpiNXT Tissue & Body Fluids Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit employs silica membrane based spin column technology to selectively bind nucleic acids released from clinical samples following optimized lysis and protease digestion. A wide range of sample types including tissues, cell culture pellets, swab specimens, blood derivatives, and body fluids—can be efficiently processed using a unified workflow. During purification, contaminants such as proteins, cellular debris, and enzymatic inhibitors are effectively removed through sequential wash steps. The purified DNA and RNA are eluted in a low-salt buffer, delivering high-purity nucleic acids suitable for downstream molecular applications.
