Overview

Rapi-X96 Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System is based on magnetic bead based separation technology. 96-deep well plates and different reagents are utilized which are suitable for purification of various clinical sample including blood/tissue/viruses/cells. It maintains temperature uniformity with accurate controls. The instrument uses the special magnetic rods to absorb, transfer and release magnetic beads, so as to purify high quality nucleic acid.

  • Through the separation of the magnetic rods and the disposable magnetic rod tip combs, the magnetic rods are transferred between the deep hole plates containing specific reagents to realize the collection, release, transfer and incubation of the magnetic beads.
