EZY AutoPrep-48 is a high-throughput automated NGS Library Preparation Workstation capable of performing 48 library preps in one run, designed for laboratories that demand greater capacity without compromising precision, reliability, or ease of use. Built as an advanced extension of the EZY AutoPrep platform, it enables scalable library preparation with significantly reduced hands-on time for medium- to high-throughput sequencing workflows.
In addition to all the integrated capabilities of EZY AutoPrep-24, EZY AutoPrep-48 features a larger, more flexible deck layout, a high-performance 24-channel pipetting head, and an on-board fluorometer module for integrated quantification. The system seamlessly combines built-in thermal cycling, temperature-controlled deck positions, incubation and shaking, and gripper-based material handling to automate the complete NGS library preparation workflow—from end repair and adapter ligation to PCR amplification, cleanup, and quantification.
By unifying high-density liquid handling, advanced thermal control, integrated quantification, and an intuitive software interface, EZY AutoPrep-48 streamlines complex NGS workflows while maximizing consistency and reproducibility.
