Real Time PCR System
RapiCycler 96 is meticulously designed to meet the experimental needs of high-end laboratories with 4 or 6 fluorescence channels option to choose from. This advanced RT-PCR system can efficiently process up to 96 samples in a single run and supports wide array of applications, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, absolute and relative quantitation, melting curve analysis, standard curve and dissociation curve analysis,
multiplex PCR, SNP genotyping, HRM, allele identification, and a temperature gradient function. Utilizing cutting-edge semiconductor technology, RapiCycler96 rapidly executes the PCR amplification process. Its high-sensitivity photoelectric detection system ensures real-time detection of fluorescence signals, which are then analyzed and processed by robust analysis software, providing accurate and reliable results.
