The SpiNXT Blood RNA Extraction Kit utilizes silica membrane spin column technology combined with an optimized high salt buffer system to selectively bind RNA while allowing proteins, inhibitors, and other contaminants to pass through. Blood samples are processed under conditions that promote efficient cell lysis and RNase inactivation, ensuring preservation of RNA integrity. The bound RNA is washed to remove residual impurities and subsequently eluted in a low-salt buffer. This streamlined workflow ensures reproducible recovery of pure RNA without the use of phenol, chloroform, or alcohol precipitation, making it suitable for routine laboratory use.
