The MagNXT Plant RNA Extraction Kit utilizes magnetic bead–based nucleic acid purification technology for rapid and reproducible RNA isolation from diverse plant species and tissue types. Plant tissues are lysed under optimized conditions to release nucleic acids, after which RNA selectively binds to superparamagnetic particles. Contaminants such as polysaccharides, polyphenols, proteins, and secondary metabolites are efficiently removed through a series of wash steps. Purified RNA is then eluted in a low-salt buffer, ready for immediate downstream use.
