The MagNXT Blood RNA Extraction Kit employs high-binding paramagnetic particles and optimized buffer to enable effective lysis of blood samples and selective binding of RNA. During the process, inhibitors such as proteins, salts, and other contaminants are efficiently removed through sequential washing steps while RNA remains bound to the magnetic beads. Magnetic separation eliminates the need for centrifugation and enables a streamlined workflow. The purified RNA is eluted in a suitable buffer, producing high-quality RNA with integrity compatible for downstream molecular analysis.
