Overview


The BCR-ABL Quantitative Real-Time PCR Kit is a multiplex RT-qPCR assay for quantitative detection and measurement of BCR-ABL1 transcript levels relative to the ABL1 internal control gene. The kit includes Quantification Standards (QS1-QS4) to generate standardized calibration curves, allowing accurate calculation of copy number and international-scale normalized ratios for disease monitoring.
