MagNXT Plasmid DNA Extraction kit is designed for the rapid, efficient and cost effective preparation of plasmid DNA. The kit is based on super paramagnetic particle purification technology. The DNA is bound to the surface of the magnetic beads under optimized buffer conditions and released using a low salt buffer system. The yield of the purified plasmid and the optimal culture volume depends upon the plasmid copy number and the medium used for cultivation.
