The MagRNA-II Viral RNA Extraction Kit kit employs high-binding paramagnetic particles along with optimized lysis and wash buffers for viral RNA purification. Samples are lysed under controlled conditions, releasing viral RNA, which selectively binds to the magnetic particles. A magnetic field enables separation of RNA-bound beads from proteins, inhibitors, and other contaminants.
