The MagNXT Tissue & Body Fluids Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit utilizes advanced superparamagnetic bead-based technology to enable efficient purification of nucleic acids from complex biological samples. Clinical samples such as tissues and body fluids are first lysed using optimized lysis buffer and Proteinase K, ensuring effective disruption of cells and release of nucleic acids. Under optimized binding conditions, DNA and RNA selectively bind to magnetic beads, while proteins, inhibitors, and other contaminants remain in the supernatant. The bound nucleic acids are purified through multiple wash steps and finally eluted in a low-salt elution buffer, producing high-quality DNA and RNA suitable for immediate downstream use. The workflow eliminates the need for hazardous organic solvents such as phenol-chloroform or alcohol precipitation, resulting in a safe, fast, and user-friendly extraction process. The kit supports manual processing as well as automation on open liquid-handling platforms and magnetic processors, making it suitable for both low- and high-throughput laboratory workflows.
